Cyndy H. Post

Cyndy graduated from Oberlin College with honors and a BA in Psychology and Music. She earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was selected to serve as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing for first-year law students. While at Northeastern, Cyndy participated in four richly diverse internships, which included clerking with a Federal Court Judge in San Francisco, interning with two major Boston law firms, and representing low-income women seeking divorces through Greater Boston Legal Services.

Experience & Background
After graduation, Cyndy served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court and then as the Chief Law Clerk. Following her two-year clerkship, Cyndy became an associate at Roche, Carens & DeGiacomo (now Murtha, Cullina LLP) in Boston. Her practice areas included commercial litigation, business, employment, individual rights, banking, family, and real estate law. She appeared frequently in state Superior Court, and successfully argued a case before the Supreme Judicial Court. She has participated in trials at both the state and federal levels. Cyndy also taught legal research and writing skills to first-year students at Boston University Law School.

Following more than a decade at Roche, Carens & DeGiacomo, Cyndy stepped away from practicing law full-time to raise her three children. During that time, Cyndy also devoted herself to serving in many volunteer roles at both her children’s schools and her family’s temple.

In the summer of 2017, Cyndy joined K & G as a Senior Associate. She intends to focus her areas of practice in all aspects of business, real estate and employment law and litigation, as well as family law.
