Part Time Law Office Manager

We are looking for a proactive, cheerful Office Manager/Legal Assistant who must have experience working in an office, law office preferred, and can ensure the smooth functioning of our busy law office of four attorneys.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Improving and maintaining the office systems
  • MUST be savvy with technology/computers and billing software
  • Support our TEAM by assisting with client contact, appointments, incoming and outgoing mail, accounts receivables and billing, scanning correspondence and court documents, organizing and updating court notebooks
  • Proactively identify the needs to manage daily office activities including equipment, supplies, establishing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Greet clients and answer the phones as needed
